In person at our shop were you will get a professional discreet service, please telephone before hand to make sure one of our buyers is on the premises if you are making a special trip to see us.

By Post you can send us your items by Special Delivery and we will phone you back with a offer price, if this is acceptable by yourself the money can either be paid straight into your bank or by paypal or just ask for our other methods of payment.
If you are not happy with the offer we will send your items straight back by special delivery free of charge.

Please pack the items in to a secure jiffy type bag and remember to include your address and phone number as well as a description of the items in the parcel

All parcels sent through Royal Mail special delivery is fully insured to a maximum of £2500.00 and is tracked via the internet with a signature obtained upon delivery, this service is very safe and secure.

What is my jewellery worth?
Gold and Platinum prices change twice daily so it is very difficult giving an exact figure, once we have received the goods we can normally ascertain a precise figure and an offer can be made within a 24hr period.

How do I exchange my unwanted gold for cash?
